Looking back at 2025: A busy trade show year & impressive projects

For EverBake Group, 2025 was an active and visible year in terms of trade shows and leading projects within the bakery industry.

Prominent presence at trade shows
EverBake Group attended several trade shows, where we were able to share our expertise, products, and innovations with a broad audience from the sector. At Bakkersvak and IBA, we not only presented our products but also engaged in dialogue with customers, partners, and industry peers to listen to market needs and developments. These trade show experiences provided us with valuable insights for further innovation and service delivery.

Impressive projects in practice
Besides trade shows, 2025 was also a year in which EverBake Group carried out impressive projects for bakeries and partners at home and abroad. The focus was on solutions that contribute to efficiency, quality, energy savings, and future-proofing.

For example, several bakeries invested in our advanced ZELA machine technology, which focuses on process optimization and automation. This aligns with the growing need of artisanal and industrial bakeries to reduce repetitive work and increase product quality.

We’re also seeing an increase in the implementation of HEUFT oven systems and ICECOOL freezing, cooling, and proofing technology, as well as the use of bakeware solutions that directly contribute to optimizing the production process. These projects demonstrate the broad applicability and value of our products in various bakery environments.

New Business Premises
We are also particularly proud of the completion of our largest internal project to date: the new business premises with an experience and innovation center in Breda. The building is being constructed to a high standard and is fully sustainable, making us one of the most sustainable buildings in Breda. In 2026, we will show you more of this beautiful new building, with updates on the further design, our projects, and how we continue to innovate and grow.
