EverBake Group is an internationally operating supplier and manufacturer for artisanal and industrial bakeries. Under the leadership of founder Peter Eversdijk, who comes from a family of bakers, EverBake grew into a leading player with a broad and innovative range of bakeware, coatings, machines, ovens, and cooling and proofing solutions.
From father to son
EverBake’s roots run deep in the baking trade. Peter Eversdijk joined his father and brothers’ family business in 1986, where he gained valuable experience in both the practical aspects of baking and entrepreneurship. In 1992, he founded EverBake with a clear vision: to supply high-quality Teflon coatings for bakeries. The company quickly grew to be more than just a coatings specialist.
In 2001, Peter took a significant step by acquiring Faber Metaalindustrie. This strategic decision laid the foundation for further expansion. In the years that followed, several acquisitions followed, including Capway Pan and Zeelandia Technical Solutions (ZELA). With the addition of renowned brands like HEUFT and ICECOOL in 2019, EverBake further expanded its portfolio to include complete solutions for the bakery industry.
This growth stemmed not only from smart business operations but also from years of experience in the sector and close collaboration with customers. The driving force always remained the same: delivering quality, improving processes, and helping bakeries excel.
The New Generation
With the arrival of the second generation of Eversdijks, EverBake is taking the next step in the family business’s development. Thom Eversdijk is responsible for Finance, HR, Purchasing, and Operations. He focuses on structuring and optimizing internal processes and plays a unifying role within the team. By focusing on financial stability and organizational efficiency, he contributes to future-proof business operations.
Nick Eversdijk is responsible for sales and business development. By listening carefully to customers and responding to their needs, he works to strengthen customer relationships and expand market share. His approach is pragmatic, solution-oriented, and focused on long-term collaboration.
With their shared commitment and fresh perspective, Thom and Nick are building on the foundation laid over the past decades. They bring new insights and energy, while respecting the values and working methods that made EverBake great.
