EverBake Group goes all out for automation with ZELA, bakeware and HEUFT during iba

These are busy weeks for producers and suppliers affiliated with the bakery industry. After Bakkersvak, iba 2025 is just around the corner and a large number of Dutch companies will be present in Düsseldorf. A regular face at iba is EverBake Group, in hall 10 stand F51. They offer bakery solutions for every bakery: from bakeware & coatings, spray solutions to ovens, cooling and machines. “We are once again proud to be exhibiting at iba in 2025. During iba, in addition to our bakeware and other solutions, we will also be presenting ZELA in a broad sense, with the latest ZELA greasing and spray machines for greasing baking tins and decorating bread(s) on display. Of course, our oven manufacturer HEUFT will also be prominently present,” we hear from Nick Eversdijk, among others.

Iba is the leading trade fair for bakery, confectionery and snacks. From 18 to 22 May 2025, iba will offer a national and international platform for exhibitors and visitors to exchange ideas, present products and innovations and discover the latest news from the industry. And all of this in Düsseldorf, close to the Dutch border. That alone is reason enough to visit iba, but Nick has a few more arguments. “We see the increasing need among bakers of all levels and sizes for further process optimisation and automation. We can offer this with our bakeware, ZELA solutions and with the systems from HEUFT.”

ZELA
ZELA greasing and spraying machines are exclusively produced and supplied by Zela Technical Solutions, part of the EverBake Group. “In recent times, we have taken a major step in development, especially with ZELA, and have achieved substantial growth. There is a lot of demand for automation and replacement of greasing and spraying machines. There is a need from the market for a new generation of ZELA machines. We can offer a very broad spectrum of solutions, from greasing, tiger porridge, gloss and other spraying machines for artisanal and industrial bakeries,” says Nick.

ZELA1600
“At home and abroad, the demand for our gloss machines for finishing all kinds of products is increasing. We have further optimized this machine to be able to guarantee greater hygiene. They are easy to remove from the line as a stand-alone machine and can be completely sprayed. That is a major requirement for bakers who work with such machines.” The ZELA range is therefore very wide. Another showpiece of ZELA is the ZELA1600: a mobile stainless steel machine with an automatic form conveyor for greasing bread and sweets in baking tins. The spray unit is adjustable in width and height and has multiple spray nozzles, which are also adjustable in width and height. The many setting options offer flexibility and guarantee an economical and perfect spray pattern.

ZELA4000
During iba, EverBake will show the latest ZELA greasing and spraying machines for greasing baking tins and decorating bread(s). “The ZELA4000 decorating machine is now being used successfully in more and more places in the Netherlands. But the ZELA machines are also very well-known outside the Netherlands. That is of course also one of the reasons why we are present as an exhibitor during iba. A large international audience comes together there.”

Bakeware
EverBake, as a producer of bakeware, shows the latest innovations, also in the field of coatings. “We have expanded our bakeware and coatings, in response to future demand that will certainly come. This has to do with new regulations, which means you need a different type of coating. We have developed this and will tell you all about it at iba. But even if you opt for automation, it is usually necessary to properly align your bakeware with the rest of the line. The bakeware is custom-made to fit in well with the automated operations. Think of the construction and dimensions, for example.”

HEUFT
Oven specialist HEUFT will be present at iba with its own stand in the same hall as EverBake Group. “We can also be found there to receive customers. What can you expect there? A recently introduced innovation from HEUFT that will certainly be discussed there is a solution for bakers who want to use both electricity and gas or another energy source to heat their ovens. HEUFT is a specialist in thermal oil ovens and is a pioneer in the field of energy saving and reducing CO2 emissions. HEUFT ovens are heated with a separate boiler and this can now also be executed in hybrid form. With this hybrid boiler from HEUFT, the energy source can be switched at any time. Do you, as a baker, generate a lot of electricity during the day with solar panels? Then it is profitable to choose the electric boiler during the day. Is gas cheaper at night? Then it is easy to switch to gas. It does not matter which energy source the thermal oil is heated with: this can also be done with biogas, fuel oil or other new energy sources such as hydrogen.”

ADVISORY ROLE
